Im sending this email for a
Couple reasons Im going to start with the good news and that is my issue has already been resolved by Walmart that was kind enough to resend the items that the girl from door dash oblivious delivery to the wrong apt. Im the resident manager here I work and live here Im home or in the building at all times
I was home when I got the text that my package was at my door I immediately went to get it and it was not there I messaged the girl back and told her it was not at my door we went back and forth until I got a message saying I could no longer communicate with her and was sent a link to door dash so I can take it up with them I have screenshots of the entire conversation as well as a picture I took outside my door showing the package was not there I tried to send it to her but the message kept failing
There are 136 apt here she could not tell me what door she left it at.
I was not wasting my time doing her job as I was doing mine at the time.
I dont need to be tracking down a package that was delivered to the wrong place or having to take time away from my work to make phone calls to get it resolved. I had an issue with my delivery the last order that was delivered through door dash but I was able to leave my apt and wait in the lobby for they guy to come down he took my packages to the 3rd floor and left them at the wrong apt that time I took care of it but this time not being able to go find this person to get my stuff was frustrating my problem is not with Walmart as Ive never had an issue and I was quickly calmed down by the costumer support lady I spoke with she was great and made sure the items will be resent my problem is with door dash I would rather wait a day or two longer then to have to deal with them again
