Took 2 hours to begin filing a claim by phone, had to get a form emailed to me, print it, fill it out, would not take it by emailing it back. Attempted to fax, wouldn't go through.

Now a claims adjuster is supposed to call me in 2 to 3 days. Then I might get a label sent to me to send the phone back. All this for a $99 product. They sell these plans and then make it so hard to file claim they have because her mobile give up.

I used one of these plans years ago. It was very simple. They have gotten progressively more difficult to use and more time-consuming to try to use. Again, it seems they are making it so people will give up and not file a claim.

If I pay for the protection plan, I should be able to send the item back for replacement quick and easy. I do not recommend buying the Walmart protection plan
