I took a phone back to the service desk at the Walmart I bought it from.

I was told that they would take care of canceling it with the TROC sales person, who had told me it was Bogo free and it was not! I was told by AT&;; T it may take several days to get it off my account.

My fault that I didn't follow through. AT&;amp;amp;T can clearly see that I am using a J7 & have never had my number attached to an S9. However, I can't upgrade now because they say I never returned the phone & still owe another $275 (already paid $$300!)

I am at the mercy of Walmart to prove I did return it, as I can't find paperwork from 2019.

This mess is costing me $550 for a phone I've never used & don't have. I will NEVER DEAL W/ WALMART & TROC AGAIN!!!!!!
