i have had a few problems with this set up. my phone was having problems.

the local store had one i liked it online for 239.00 so i ordered and picked it up 2 hours later. 2 days later the phone quit. took it back 2 days later was told they would only refund me 199.00 after arguing for about 10 minutes i took the phone and receipt to a different Walmart. they said it was in the register for 199.00 but since i had a receipt the called a csm who overrode the register an got a full refund no problem.

about a year later i needed a new laptop. i broke mine. i saw one online i like the store had it. i ordered it got a text saying it would be ready for pick up in 2 hours.

a hours later i got a text saying it was delayed and they will let me know when i can pick it up. i called the site to store and the girl said she could not tell me why. i had to call Walmart. com the guy said he would have no idea why they show they have it.

the payment was guaranteed so how would he know why. i cancelled that order went to a different Walmart and got a better system cheaper. a friend of mine had a tailgate speaker that i liked was told for a few weeks they were out of them. i went home and checked their inventory.

i ordered it and 2 hours later picked the speaker they kept telling me they were out of well it has issues. so i went back and wanted to exchange it. they said go to electronics an get one and bring it to the front . the girl in electronics looked at the shelf and said they were out of them.i told here they show them online she argued they were out of them.

i told her i was tired and crabby working long days and no days off, i was going to leave . but it was a waste to go home order it then come back a few hours later to pick it up.

i got my money back and went to a different store and pocked it up and i forgot to mention on the smartphone thing i got a call from the manager of the store and she stated her employee was right for offering me 40.00 less even though i had a receipt from their store showing what i paid because that was what the register showed . i hung up pm her

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: change managment and attitude.

I liked: Like the selection and prices, I like and am a recurring walmart shopper.

I didn't like: Way they handle problems.
