I completed the claim online, attached the form to a padded envelope that I taped up and they said I didn’t send the right item. I called, the woman realized they had it wrong said I would get a call back in two days.
No one called me so i called back after a week. Then they claimed the envelope was empty! After I spoke with a woman who said they thought the product sent was not the one desceibed. I have been trying to get my reimbursement for TWO MONTHS!
I went to UPS, like they told me and got copies of the paperwork, NOW they are trying to say that it’s the paperwork they gave me. WHAT?!
I will NEVER purchase anything from Walmart that needs a warranty! I’m going to Best Buy, where I don’t have to jump through hoops to get my money back!
