I bought a warranty for a watch. The item broke so I called the warranty company that I bought the warranty from through Walmart.

It took 10 minutes of pushing prompts to get to talk to a live person.

Finally I was transferred to someone who barely spoke English. I am uncertain how this claim reimbursement is going to pan.

out. Not worth the aggravation!

Seems like you are awfully quick to be complaining here. You've just made the claim and haven't followed through with the process yet.

You don't know if it will be satisfactory or a disappointment yet. You may get what you expected when you purchased the warranty so why are you posting a complaint before you know?
