No one did anything to help or rectify the issue. Very disappointed!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Replace missing giftcard .

Who do I go to speak to about "losing my marbles" while buying my groceries through the self checkout lane?
I know what you mean. Never any help at self checkout. Employees standing around gossiping.
What do you expect them to do? If you dropped a $50 bill while you were shopping would you expect them to replace it. Not their fault you can't keep track of your things.
I expect you to mind your manners. If you were not there.
How do you know it was dropped?
How do you know if it was ever actually placed in the bag? where you there?
Who said it was dropped? You may have dropped it, you may have left it at the checkout stand and the next customer grabbed it, heck, it might even be stuck to or in something in your bag and you just don't see it. In any case, it isn't their responsibility to keep track of it.
They have security cameras. Maybe you can have them check their footage at that register to see what happened.
