WAL-MART NEED TO IMPROVE IN THE SERVICING DEPARTMENT. NEED TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE ON MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS OVER LOOKED ALL BECAUSE THE AUTO TECHS WOULD RATHER WORK ON A VEHICLE THAT NEED MORE THAN JUST AN OIL CHANGE.

THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CARS WHEN I ARRIVED EARLY IN THE MORNING TO JUST RECIEVE ONLY AN OIL CHANGE. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR. WHEN I ARRIVED I NOTICED THAT THE TECHS WENT TO BRING A CAR AROUND THAT NEEDED TO HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE.

MANAGERS AND DISTRICT MANAGERS ALL OF YOU NEED TO REALIZE THAT PEOPLE COME IN EARLY BECAUSE OF A STRICT SCHEDULE SUCH AS HAVING TO PICK UP KIDS WHO ARE FAR TOO YOUNG TO LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES, AS PARENTS WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.

SO IN TURN BE RESPECTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE TO IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERY CUSTOMER IS A VALUED CUSTOMER.
