Most all of the reviews I read sounds a lot like what I have been dealing with. They have you ship the item to them, they send you a text saying a box and shipping label is on its way to you, however you never get it so you have to call about it; only to find out that they don't do that, my question is if they don't do that why do they send you a text saying its on its way to you?
Secondly, they come up with some stupid *** reason as to why they deny the claim just so you've wasted time and money in my case cause I had to pay for the damn warranty, and to print off the label and paper, to send it to them and the paper that went into the box.
They don't know what they are doing. RUN FROM THE EXTENDED WARRANTY OFFER.
