I BOUGHT A PAIR OF GLASSES (COST OVER $400.00) TWO MONTHS AGO AT WALMART VISION CENTER. LAST WEEK ONE OF THE LENSES FELL OUT.

I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY REPLACED IT.....WHILS SCRATHING THE COATING OFF THE LENSE...I TOOK THEM BACK...NOW...THEY WANT $115.00 TO "UPGRADE' FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I TOLD THEM I WAS REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.

THE LADY (MANAGER) STARTED SCREAMING AT ME AND SAID "DON'T YOU DARE THREATENED ME" AND WENT CRAZY! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WALMART EYE VISION CENTER AGAIN.....AND...THAT LADY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE SHE GOES POSTAL!
