I was receiving fake emails telling me my Walmart order was ready for pick up--I had not ordered anything recently. I called customer service to have my online account disabled.
Now I cannot access my savings catcher rewards (about $35.00). I called to find out how to access and receive my rewards and was told that my complaint was "elevated to a higher level" and that I would receive an email or phone call within a week. Have not heard a word. I spend average $400 a month in Walmart.
I will not shop there again.
I believe the savings catcher program is insecure after reading some of these complaints. Also, I figure if walmart is comparing pricing of products that I am purchasing to those of competitors and i am receiving money back, why not just go back to competitors?
