I bought a week ago two sets of George underwear in Walmart and found it to be a piece of garbage. After one day of wearing it stretched out from size M to size XL.

When I complained about it in the shop and later by phone I was told the same thing: Walmart doesn’t take any responsibility for faulty underwear!

They have signs how much they care about their customers and their satisfaction with the products Walmart sells but when it happens, they tell you get lost because, as they put it, all underwear is a final sale so if the customer is out of luck, this is not Walmart’s problem.

They don’t even say that they will contact the manufacturer and tell them about the faulty product. How can a big company get away with that, is beyond my comprehension.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $23. This person is overall dissatisfied with Walmart. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

The medium probably "stretched" to an extra large because you're trying to buy sizes that don't fit you. You think you're smaller than you actually are. You stretched it out yourself because it was too small for you.
