What a messed up company. You ask a manager their full name and they refuse to give a last name.

I go into a Publix or home depot or, etc. and they are proud to display the assistant manager, manager, district manager, CEO …………..

That in itself tells a consumer to be weary - the employees ( especially management ) are AFRAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Screwing over people is their business from employees ( especially ) to customers. So many things are so-o-o-o-o-o wrong!

If only Sam Walton could see his company now.

Why do you need a last name? In this day and age there are all too many unstable people out there that may do something they shouldn't.

Do you plan on harassing this person at home, either in person or on the phone?

Are you planning on using social media to intimidate this person? These are very valid reasons a retail employee or company wouldn't want people having their full names.
