On April 20th 2019 I called customer service due to a charge in the amount of 150.42 being on my account that I did not authorize. I submitted the info they needed via mail the next day.

They refunded the money to my account on 5.2.2019 but then took the money back. I called to see why they didn't leave the money in my account. I was told that they never received my documentation so they had to take the money back. Mind you, I never received anything stating that the dispute had been resolved or anything.

I explained that I did in fact send the info. At that time, the representative said that I needed to email it...so I did. I have called well over 20 times to see when the dispute will be resolved and I am told each time that it will be another 7-10 business days. So I call again to day (5.31.2019) The individual I speak with today says it will be another 45 business days.

At this point I am beyond pissed. The thing that angers me most is that these customer service reps will not escalate the call. It seems to me like this is a little fraudulent.

Especially with many others having the same types of complaints. As of today I have yet to receive any information in regards to my claim and NOBODY is able to help.

Reason of review: You are holding my money.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

If they offered you a $150 Wal-Mart gift card, would that satisfy you? They want to make sure that the money stays with the company.
