I purchased numerous items online from Walmart and thru their outside merchants. All the items were shipped quickly to my home and arrived early, except for 1.And I let them know it is missing and That I need another sent asap.
Well that was 3 weeks ago and probably 100 emails later. And I have gotten nothing but the run around. Oh they did send a duplicate of a similar item which obviously I didn't need.
Oh and also I bought a cell phone Instore with a replacement insurance policy and am getting the same run around about that claim also. I want to let everyone know about the poor service when things go wrong.
