Contacted by email, phone and chat not very responsive. They are escalating issue.
This has been going on for 3 days. Ordered the gift cards with other merchandise. Its fraud - should not sell gift cards on line if they are not going to activate them. I am sure I am not the only one this happened to.
Their customer service is the worst. I asked who I can speak with at the Gift Card center/area and one rep gave me the number on the back of the gift cards which I call daily to see if the card has been activated.
I get the feeling the reps are following a script and cannot made a decision.
