I placed an order on Dec. 20, 2015 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
My credit card was billed but I never received. UPS tracking information showed no activity for delivery. Today, December 26, I had to look up order # and contact Walmart.
Customer service claimed that the order did not ship because it was only available at stores. I asked why I was not notified, as the order went through and was available for online ordering and shipment wen I placed it.
"She" said that they wait for people to notify Walmart for a refund.
Thank-You Very Much, Walmart. Otherwise you would have kept the money, No?
I am not very pleased.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Walmart Pros: Usually predictable until today.
