I ordered a chair on line..It was guaranteed to be delivered to the store by Christmas Eve..I received no phone, no email telling me my chair would not be delivered. I go to store on Christmas eve to pick up my chair and is informed that it is not there and to call walmart.com.
I am then informed that my chair was lost in transit. Good customer service would inform someone so they can reorder or find one some where else.
So I was stuck on Christmas Eve with out a Christmas gift that I had counted on. I will never shop there again.
