I ordered two diapers online but received one diaper and a cat food. I called Walmart's customer service and I was told that they would send a replacement in two days since I paid for expedite shipment.
I waited and did not get my replacement, I tracked it and realized that they did not do the expedited shipment. I called their customer service and got the most disrespectful representative ever! No solution, nonchalant attitude, I was getting annoyed trying to express my frustration with their service and behold the lady was laughing at me, I was so shocked. Never again will I order anything from Walmart.
They are so unprofessional. I can't help but wonder how they got these inefficient workers, do they undergo training, are the calls monitored?
