I ordered a Box Spring. They said it will be ready for pickup on July 13.

It's late night on July 14 now and neither the customer service nor the store people have any clue where it is at this point. What a waste of time ordering from Walmart for an item that shipped from 20 miles away from where I live and no one has any idea where it is in between as of today, day 8 since it was shipped!!! Worst experience with anything I ever purchased till now.

Never buying again from Walmart. They should return my money and give the item for free!!!
