I had placed a order on December 8,2021 for a coat and handbag. When I received the coat and handbag they were not worth the money I spent on them.

So I wanted to return them. I go to our local walmart with the merchandise in the same packaging they had been delivered in on December 24,2021 I went to the service desk and had the associate scan the code from my phone. The associate was unable to print the return label. So, on that following monday, December 27, 2021 I contacted Walmart.com asking them to email me a return label, I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for me to receive the return label.

I never received the label. So I contacted Walmart.com again same answer. So, I contacted them again today and I was told I would have the label within the next 24 hours.

I am so upset and frustrated with Walmart, in their return policy it states returning a item is easy and quick well it is not easy and quick. Amazon is much easier to work with as far as returns go.

User's recommendation: Do not plan on returning anything to Walmart if you order it on line. You will have to fight with them for days to just get a return label.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Walmart Cons: Bad customer service return of product bought online is tedious.
