Walmart - I purchased a trac phone in March of 2018 with a protection plan through Asurian. I had trouble with my phone so I sent it back 3 weeks ago. I havent recieved it yet.
I cant track it without a tracking number and they wont tell me when it was sent and who they sent it through. They just said it was sent out.
Its been 3 weeks without a phone. I cant reach anyone by phone, and everyone I talk to doesn't know anything. I went into Walmart and they said they don't carry that insurance anymore. I have purchased 5 track phones over the years and have been satisfied up until now.
