I purchased an mp3 player, along with the product replacement plan, but they didn't give me the card with the plan. The device stopped working, I took it to walmart store #5263.
I was told to contact product replacement. After I spoke with them they emailed a shipping label to me. They ask for my card # I told her I didn't have one, but i had a regular gift card, I was told that # would be fine.
I was told 72 hrs after scan the refund will be on card. That was 9 days ago still no money!!
