I purchased a ilo tv and it died six months after I bought it. The store I bought it at won't take it back, I got online and saw dozens of complaint saying the same thing. The manufacturer won't respond, their phone numbers become a wild goose chase and for $60 more I could have bought a name brand product elsewhere.

Wal-Store should be ashamed, it's obvious that this product is garbage, just look on the web yet they still continue to sell this product to hundreds of people every day. Wal-Store continues to leave the purchasers without any support, and $300 out of pocket for a new tv at the very least.

I spoke to the manager at our local Wal-Store in Montrose CO, . He hung up the phone on me when I told him I was upset and expected him to help me recieve compensation for this purchase.
