Bad Billing practices! Watch your bill...each month they send a bill stating all charges plus interest due.

You make the payment and they deduct it. The next month, they add your charges (if any) to the current balance and figure your interest payment and add it to the balance due. Then they go back to the month before and bring forward, as an unseen charge, the interest billed on that bill, calling it "unpaid interest". They add it to your balance due, which drives it up your payment and balance for each future billing period.

You only find this out if you start to investigate their billing practices. The "Unpaid Interest" charge needs to be posted on the bill, per the Truth in Lending Law.

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Credit Card.

Reason of review: Unlawful Interest Charges.

Preferred solution: Quit unlawfully billing so called "unpaid interest" because it is always part of a monthly payment, at least to all Credit Card Companies that honor the Truth in Lending Laws..

Walmart Cons: Under-handed billing practices.
