The Manager that hired the employee in question called me and she assured me that it would be taken care of to my satisfaction. I am given my faith in her, who I met yesterday for 1st time, over the phone to address this issue agreeably for both of us.

I am satisfied and content with Walmart's arbitration and believe the matter will be addressed peacefully and justifiably for all of us.

Thank you Walmart. I would have hated to lose you for my dependency of some of your products you have I can see in person.

I am unhappy and disappointed in my experience at Walmart ST #02086 with what said was a manager named James last night @ 22:10. This is Walmart's idea of a manager. Someone with total disdain and contempt of customer and must feel his is right over what is being explained to him as what is right. Issue was a tool bag. No prices were on the last 2 on shelves. I took the price tag from under the clear shelf placements and brought it and the toll bag up front and gave this item 1st with a cart full of other things. The cashier could not the decision so she called out at the manager and he came over. James. I told him the price expose was 14.97 and it was what was showing on his shelves and no prices on any bags left back there. He pulls out his IPhone and googles it and says it is 15.97. I told him it is 14.97. He get his attitude and say SIR! I'm not going to argue with you over $1. I took objection to his tone and that he said that is an old Price SIR! I told him that that is the price that was displayed. (No priced and wrong price list on shelf is his incompetence of running an inefficient store) He said sarcastically "I am not going to argue with you over $1. I very much took offense to him saying he was just going to give it to me out of What? The goodness of his heart for a confused and incorrect customer. I stood my ground and insisted he realize I am correct and he is wrong and he would none of it. And blew me off as a bad ignorant customer. I have to ascertain HE is the ignorant one. He also is a poorly trained manager than has no regard for customers or customer service. His attitude appears to be buy our goods and leave as quickly as possible because we do not want you here. Just your money which I added up and I have spent $577.33 at Walmart in the last few day for new apartment. He originally took the price tag I gave which had several prices on it and took one of then which was $15.97 ignoring what I told him completely and rang $15.97 up and I immediately repeated my self it was $14.97 and that is the price You had exposed and he said SIR! that is an Old price. It is the price You all have it marked on the shelf with nothing on the bag as a price sticker. This James? Is he the NEW WALMART?

Not only is the customer always right policy no longer in effect at this Walmart. But if you question James and his store errors in their pricing . James will send you on your way feeling his disdain and contempt and rudeness and have shown you who is running this super Center Walmart. James needs to put back on stocking shelves and getting prices fixed accurately instead of management which he is obviously no t personality matched to that job in customer service and being the face of Walmart at this store. My opinion is he should be in a position FAR away from dealing with people. He has to much Hate for people it seems. And just wants them to go. Buy and get out of His store. And if you cause him any kind of extra work other than just standi

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

If you think that's crazy, you should read the story about the wackjob customer who threw a fit over 6 cents at Walgreens. Search for "HERE"S THE REASON WHY I DON'T HAVE A WALGREENS CARD" I'm guessing that they are on some kind of handout from the government if they are that upset over a dollar.

Well, if you don't like the way that things are being done at Wal-Mart, then nothing is stopping you from carrying your Assets over to Goodwill to do your shopping.
