Item lost- Nobody in Walmart knows how to deal with it
Ordered a queen size bed from Walmart.com.I didn't receive one of the parts.
Walmart never sent that item to fedEx. Kept telling me it's shipped. Couldn't put together the bed without the missing part. waited for a month.
called customer care multiple times. nobody could resolve the issue. Made me sign an affidavit to return all the items they had sent me before to their facility. The clause basically made me responsible for dealing with fedEx to schedule pickups for items and return them to Walmart so they could receive their items back and process refund.
Complete waste of time and money. Never buying again.
I know it doesn't really matter for a company of this size to lose one customer.All I can say is you got one less happy customer, walmart.com.
