I ordered an above ground pool from Walmart which was via VMinnovations, which was guaranteed to be delivered June 28-29th at the latest. Never arrived.
Called VMinnovations and told them the party was the 29th and no pool so I wanted it returned. They said it would be returned but would cost me an additional $120. to do so!!! Are you kidding me!!!
Amazon makes Walmart look pathetic. If Walmart intends to use third party sellers they by golly better not keep promising guaranteed delivery dates if they don't intend to deliver in time. I assured the receiver at VMinnovations that I would find any way possible to spread the word about this, and about Walmart's false promises of delivery dates. This is only the first step of many that I will take to warn others to "NOT USE WALMART'S ONLINE SERVICES".
I used Walmart months ago to order a specific DVD guaranteed to be available online, and it, too, was not available which I didn't find out until I called on the missing delivery.
Walmart is cheap in way too many ways, including their online customer service. Oh, and VMinnovations has a truly annoying revolving sales pitch the consumer has to listen to until their call is answered, which is never.
