Ordered a refurb HP through walmart... hard drive failed first 5 minutes.
They told me I could get an overnight exchange system... fedex ground came to pickup bad unit, no new system. Called joy and they told me they had to build and test a unit! They sold 1.5M units...my foot!
Still waiting...6 days since old unit taken...should have just returned to walmart...so should everyone else. Tech support is lost there!
