Bought a laptop on the Walmart website. Ran very slow.
Contacted HP. Was told that the laptop was sold in October 2018 and was out of warranty. Bought the laptop in May 2019. Walmart wouldn't take it back even though tried to return in June 2019.
Offered a shipping label to send it back to third party vendor. In other words, Walmart sold the laptop on its website, charged my credit card and then refused to take back the defective item.
Basically said tough luck. The vendor is obviously a fraud and Walmart doesn't seem to care.
