I loaded a new card with $400 on 11/15/18. I took it home to activate, I then got an error stating "card # invalid".
I called the customer svc # they put in tickets, i even made a police report. They told me that somehow my $ got transferred into someone else's acct. After almost 2 weeks of me consistently calling them and them doing "research" on their end, they said they would not refund my money. I have NEVER had such poor service.
They gave my money to someone else and they are failing to correct their mistake. I need someone to DO THEIR JOB AND ACTUALLY FIND MY MONEY AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!!!
