Hi All,

I want to share one of my bad experience at Walmart store.

On 5/6, I was shopping at Walmart. After shopping for my items I went to the billing counter. I had four Walmart gift cards of 25$, 5$, 5$ and 5$ each. I asked the associate at the counter to scan my gifts cards which were in my mobile and he did. This associate was new and was always calling his manager. He tried scanning my gift cards many times and said that he wasn't able to use it. He then called his manager and she gave me a number 1-800-350-6690 to call and get my cards authorized. I did called the number provided in front of her and got the authorization codes for all the cards. But still the issue wasn't resolved and then she asked me to go to customer service so that they can help me and she voided my transaction. Associate at the customer care said that the cards are already used an hour ago. I don't know what was happening and what to do there so i just came back home and tried to add those four gift cards to my account. After adding i saw the history for each of my gift card, it said that they have been used at the same Walmart store which i visited.

25$ gift card is-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7045.

5$ gift card is-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0873.

5$ gift card is-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4456.

5$ gift card is-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1780.

When i called the store again, they said they cant do anything and asked me to call 1800-Walmart.

I called 1800-Walmart three times today, it takes more than 15 mins every time to speak with customer care and they say that they cant help me and forward me to another number which doesn't connect always. third time while calling I asked them to give the contact number instead of call forwarding. they give the number and that never connects.

Really disappointed with this.

Is not posted by me. Someone is used my name and posted this.

I got this gift cards from an app for completing some tasks.

Sure you did not post this, you are just trying to get something for free. If this were true you would have posted that in the review about how you got the gift cards, either way you are not owed anything since you did not pay for the cards. You are misleading Walmart by making them think you are the one that paid for the cards.
