Ordered a product for my son for Christmas on CYBER MONDAY! Product was suppose to be ship to store, so I could pick up.

It was suppose to be delivered on 12-06-18, however I received an email delay the same day. Since then NO update on my order. I contacted the store the product was suppose to be delivered to, they have no received anything. I was advised I need to contact Walmart online corporate to find out more information about my order.

I called them right after I hung up with the store. The lady told me they charged the card I put down for payment on 12-02-18 and they only do that when they package the product and she stated it was shipped that day. Other than that she has no idea why the store never received the product. I check with Fedex with the tracking number that was listed, they NEVER received the product to SHIP!!

Now it is less than a week to Christmas, the product is sold out everywhere.

I am going to have a upset 3 year old Christmas morning! Pissed off mama!!
