I have placed two orders online, two separate occasions, and both have been stuck in "processing". I had to cancel bother and ended being charged for both items twice.

This is very inconvenient to the buyer for they have to call for return labels and take time out of their schedule to ship it back. I will not be ordering online again from Walmart.

After asking the representative on the phone if they are aware of this, they simply say yes it just happens sometimes. Unbelievable!
