The process to retrieve a missing item is daunting and ridiculous. The time it would take to fix their mistake would not allow me to get the item in time for the Holidays.
Tried working with live chat. After 30 minutes Hey gave me a lengthy list of what I would need to do. Horrible. just Horrible.
never again will I purchase anything from Walmart online. I will not talk with family,friends and coworkers about online Walmart anymore. What I will do is direct them to other retail outlets. They lost me has an online customer.
So very disappointed with Walmart. To big for themselves and cant handle customer care.
