I am so upset with Walmart. I am home bound and do most of my shopping online.

They shipped a package with FedEx September 24th, 2020. It went all over the country and at one time it came within 50 miles of my home, but then for some reason it was sent on its way two four or five different other states. I contacted Walmart via chat and I told me that there was a delay to get it a little while longer. They wanted to give me 5% off my next purchase for the inconvenience.

That was not acceptable to me, so they offered $10 off my next purchase of $15 or more which I accepted. But they told me I should receive it within the next few days. It is now October 16th, 2020 and it still has not arrived. I called FedEx, and they said it must have been lost.

They told me to contact Walmart and have Walmart contact FedEx to get a refund and then Walmart should ship another package with the same item. I have used chat for the last two nights and both times it stated that they would call me, but they have not called. And I am a very unhappy shopper.

I could not find a phone number to customer service on their website. It is much easier to resolve an issue in the store than it is online.

User's recommendation: Don't use chat or trust Walmart to call back.

1-800-wal-mart--talk to a rep if fed ex lost it they should be able to look on shipping while you're on the phone with them then refund or reship
