I sent my broken phone in at noon on Monday. I was told I should have my replacement phone in 48 hours. Well, it's Thursday and I have no had a phone (which I use all the time) for 2.5 days, heading into 3 days.

How many people are happy with not having a phone at all for any length of time. I think you should figure out a way to help your customers get their new phone quicker. This is a tedious process of waiting for something you "need" for safety, as well as convenience.

You should make a way for your customer to take the broken phone into Walmart and leave with a comparable phone. So everyone is happy. And I am not happy right now, this is not right. Fix it please and please check on my phone. Service Request ID 1555687144

I am considering going to another phone service after having Straight Talk for years because of this terrible experience.
