Martinsburg, West Virginia

I am a frequent shopper at Walmart, and have never had a problem before today. On March 4th, 2015, aisle 6 at 1:20 p.m.

in the Walmart, located in Martinsburg WV (800 Foxcroft Avenue, Store number 1703), I was checked out by a cashier named Kathy. She was incredibly unprofessional, slow, and relaxed. Not only was she checking out, what I assume was her personal friend, for roughly ten minutes, she was completely unapologetic in doing so.

Kathy was unconcerned by the fact that multiple people arrived and left her aisle due to utter negligence. She is wasting Walmart's as well as my valuable time.

Why should she apologize for taking care of the customer? That's her job.

Who you assume she is ringing up doesn't matter. If you are that impatient then leave.

You sound very childish. She doesn't owe you or anybody else an apology just because you can't patiently wait your turn.
