I called GE/Walmart customer service on Jan 31 and kept going into "off hours" message even during business hours, same as today. My toaster model #169220, GE part # 1593623is not working, even in other outlets, It is 6 months old and it said 2 year partial warranty on the box.
What am I to do when neither toaster nor customer service work properly?
I called yesterday at 1-800-848-7620 and the lady did not know the number for small appliances but put me to 1-877-207-0923 where I kept ending up with then off-hours message and kept getting hung up after that, time and time again. Exasperated!!!!
