Anyone interested in filing a class action against Walmart's Money Card?

My card, which has money in it, was placed in "inactive" after only 45 days! There was no mention either by email or on their automated phone service that my account was inactive. I only found out by trying to charge $5! for a bill. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone by phone or receive a decent answer by their email system.

No warning, just a big sign written entirely in Chinese, this is poor customer service for the 1000's of expats living in China who can not read Chinese.

Walmart - Online order never shipped.  customer service failed to fix.
I recently bought a pricey pair of headphones, along with a warranty, from Walmart's online store. I was charged, of course, but they simply never shipped the item! After the delivery-by date passed I called customer service to inquire. Their answer? "Um, yeah, I'll make a note of it. Sorry. Please call again in 2 days." Seriously? How about, I'm sorry, we will overnight-delivery the item to you now given that we failed to live up to our obligations in the transaction. What a terrible business model. Customers take delivery time into account when they evaluate their willingness to purchase an item at a given price. When the vendor fails to even ship the item within the promised delivery time, the vendor is cheating the consumer of the full value of the item, even if they eventually do ship it. In light of that, most business would have instituted some type of compensation scheme to account for such contingencies. Not only does Walmart lack any such compensation policy, they don’t even take steps to address their own breaches of contract.

Consumer service is dreadful would not visit again, spent 2 and half hours trying to find me a product but came back with nothing waste of time. The staff seem to be in another world, wanted the item for Christmas but they failed to find the item in question even though they where advertising the item on TV, go elsewhere if you want this product, ie an IPod, well try and find it after Christmas instead, just very unhappy with the service.

I got a exact same horrible experience as you got. I just bought a cell phone from walmart on MID NOV.2015 ,and never got the item. I did try to contact their customer service,I bought it from online ,they refused to give me a refund or replacement. It is very very terrible case I got. Never got things like that, and very bad customer service, keep asking me to file the police report and then might be got the solution for my case. It is very ridiculars ,who got lost the item, it is the carrier-FedEx, why do they ask me to get a report ? I paid the money and got this trouble thing,waste my money and time to responds this and reply that. And no refund. You can't believe walmart has stock and so many store, they can treat their customer like that bad way. They stole my money. I located in New York. I would like to share my experience with everyone.
