Went to jewelry department.Picked out an item I wanted.

No one there. Went to customer service and they said would get someone there. Went back and waited for 5 minutes. No one showed up.

Left and picked up a few items. came back and still no one there. checked out and went by customer service. told them no one showed up at jewelry.

Just said sorry and turned away. No offer to get someone there. Extremely poor service. Enter at least 100 words.

Wow. Just ramble now. Not much more to say. Walmart doesn't care if an individual needs help evidently.

I rarely ask for help at any store but jewelry you can't just pick it up and pay for.Have to have someone get it for you

I liked: Selection, Prices.

I didn't like: Customer service.

Had a similar experience.Went and told manager.

The manager , said, if hegave her a warning, the emplyee woul quit. I told manager, if you can't put these, lazy people, in line, the customers will quit.

And, if we do that, the company won't need a manager, that is afraid of own employees.All they're employees, seem, either, *** or lazy.
