Today at 11 a.m. i bought a phone.and minutes at Walmart.The employee supposedly got me connected and did the start up.He said in about an hour it would be working.His lack of attention,and attitude should have raised a red flag.I generally like Walmart.Tried the phone multiple times after a few hours,nothing,Called customer service,after half an hour he says restart the phone in an hour and it should be working,No,it has now been 9 hours,customer service is closed.He gave me a number to call,I called after 6:00 and got one advertisement after another,but got no where.Tomorrow i take it all back,and go to Verizon,do not bother folks,save yourself the headaches.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Walmart Cons: Losing my time and waiting to have a phone that works.
