I Was checking out of the self-checkouts when the computer started acting up. I said "Excuse me.
Can you help me?" To the employee at the kiosk. She looked around like she did not work there trying to see if someone else would help. She finally came over, albeit very slowly, typed her employee override # right in front of me and waited without talking. She acted like I was bothering her.
She walked away pretty far and machine acted up again. I said again politely "Excuse me!" To get her help, but she continued walking away and even smiled at me.
She never came back to help, but I figured it out. As I was leaving, A guy started speaking to her in Spanish and I realized she did not talk because she didn't know English.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Walmart Pros: Prices.
