I was shopping one day and was passing a shelf (maybe 8ft in ht) in the store, so when I looked up to see the price it had 0.00 (over the top) on it so because it was shampoo and conditioner that I'd always purchased (Sauve). I picked up 5 of each and went to check out.

When I told the cashier of the price, she called a floor supervisor and I showed her the sign above the shelf and she accused me 5'6" tall of putting it there without a ladder. I laughed at her and told her I just wanted what I had for free because the sign stated it. She told me I had to pay for it. I felt disappointed at her actions and attitude that she took with me in front of the other customers and put the 10 products back.

I feel like if your employees make an error it is not the customers fault.

The store has cameras and my word should have enough proof. I am not mad at wal-mart it's just some of its employees can take things to the extreme.
