We took our car in to get an oil change and a replacement battery. When we went in, the window was rolled up.

When we left, it was rolled down.

As we tried to roll it back up, it wouldn't go, and you couldn't see any of the window in the crack.

We wound up having to take it to a different shop to try to get the window up, and found out that it was shattered! Now, we are going to have to pay even more out of pocket to get the window replaced, since they aren't taking responsibility for breaking it!

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Oil Change.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I dont see how they could have shattered your window while doing an oil change or replacing a battery. Seems like there is more to this story than what you are saying. They can pull the tape and see exactly what happened to your window.
