Not resolved

I ordered two smart phones for my grandchildren and Walmart canceled my order. Customer service recommended to resubmit the order.

I did and was canceled again. Same situation four times. I was asked if I had ordered phones from them previously and each time the answer was: NO, Never!!! Doesn't Walmart have records of previous orders?

I am still mesmerized at the fact that not one customer service rep had a good explanation for the cancellations. Reasons I kept on reordering: Walmart had the phones I wanted to get my grandkids.

I finally ordered from Amazon and of course they will get the phones late. C.card info was good.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Walmart Pros: Frustrated.
