I think, they are sending return items on holiday sale. They shipped us TV two times.
Both time tv were broken. I had stay on line for 40 minutes to resolve the issue. Not a great service.
First time I had to wait for 7 days to get tv. First replacement order came after 7 days.
Now it was broken too, so I asked for replacement and they said they has policy they have to use same shipping option, they used at the time of delivery.
In short long hold time, broken items shipped two time and no compensation for all trouble. Not a great experience.
