Several times my orders have been put on hold. This latest reason was b/c they didn't have it in stock.

3 days went by I contacted my Drs office to see if it had been sent in. Yes, 3 days prior. Call WM asked why it's not filled? After 10 minutes, the Rep comes back to explain they do not have it in stock.

I get that but why are they not obligated to inform you of that? The CSR explained it's an automated system and they have no way of knowing that the script even exist. Is this a legal automated system? If not, then they need to change it.

If so, they still need to change it due to their lack of customer needs. They may want to review and rewrite the chant their associates have to perform.

The part that states "Who's #1? The Customer!"
