I bought this Coleman Cot as being new from for in-store pick up. Needed it this weekend for Easter guests, and when picked up, the store rep stated he opened it since the box was rough and re-taped.

Once removed from the box it was apparent it was used and not just re-taped once but more than once. Even the tag had the bar-code cut off. I was offered a refund but "too late, too little" for an item ordered as new. Only thing I got from the local store and was a return offer.

Obviously I was sent a used, returned item. Never!!!

I am (was) a good Walmart .com customer and am doubting my ability to order from
