i feel your pain they got me when my tv would,nt turn on as well. i really pushed 4 in home service but it,s not avial.4 tv,s under 50 in.

so they made me send a 44 in tv through mail i told them how i was not comf. with sending it . they assured me it would b fine. after they tell me they r waiting 4 part.

i call them much later and told my screen has a crack in it.my worst fear came through. after talking 2 many supervisiors . they ask if i took pic. of tv this is the first i heard of this.

y did,,nt they say that when i told them i was,nt comfortable sending it through mail. they responded by saying there not trained for that. had they said to i would of loved 2 stick thm in there face. i have 2 take there word on everything that the box was not damaged.

they did have to replace part to get tv 2 turn on. that,s when they noticed crack.guess they think i watched tv with crack till it would not turn on anymore.

come on who would do that? and how would u know when it stop working
